Whitney Houston is far from resting in peace as a Beverly City police officer has just been sued by another officer for peeping at the late singer's naked body just few minutes after her death in 2012.
Sgt. Brian Weir filed the lawsuit this week claiming that Sgt. Terry Nutall knelt beside Houston's naked corpse and removed the sheet covering her body, saying, "Damn she's still looking good, huh?"
According to gossip site TMZ, "Weir claims he came forward with the complaint soon after Whitney's death ... and was subsequently canned from his positions with the coveted SWAT and K-9 teams in retaliation. Weirclaims he was also denied promotions and other benefits."
Is that why he's now so bent on making the other officer pay? Well, we are at least sure he's suing for unspecified damages.
